2007-2008 Winter Farmers’ Market Benefit Sales for Harvest of Hope

Requirements and Guidelines

All Farm Vendors must:

Individual winter market sales will generally limit farm vendors by product categories to one or two for each type of product, with consideration given to types of products sold and expected turnout at each event. We do not want to hurt individual farm producers by weak sales from excessive competition, as we are in the process of building attendance at these winter farmers’ markets.

Farm vendors who meet these requirements and agree to the conditions will be scheduled for Harvest of Hope benefit sales on a first-come, first-served basis. Firm commitment to attend the sales is requested. For consideration and approval as a farm vendor, contact winter farmers market benefit sales coordinators Tony Ends in Wisconsin and Jim Earles in Iowa with this signed farm vendor agreement and a list of sales date preferences in advance of scheduled markets.

Direct questions on farm vendor requirements to Tony Ends at Churches’ Center for Land and People, 608 831-9319 / cclp@tds.net on Wednesdays; 608 897-4288 / scotchhillfarm@wekz.net other days.

Farm Vendor Certification:

I agree to meet all vendor conditions required of me in this document and other reasonable stipulations that may become necessary to take part in Churches’ Center for Land and People’s Winter Farmer’s Market Benefit Sales for Harvest of Hope emergency fund
